Ribeirão Pires’ City Hall, through the Secretary of Culture, makes registrations for free Music Production and Dubbing workshops, as well as cultural courses at CEU Fourth Division - theater, street dancing and jazz. With limited vacancies, interested parties should be aware of the dates and places of registration.
The recently launched Music Production workshop is aimed at citizens aged 15 and over. Entries are already open and will be held until February 15. There are also vacancies for the Dubbing workshop, which will have entries made between February 13 and 15. The dubbing course is aimed at people aged 15 and over.
For both workshops, promoted through a partnership between the Secretariats of Culture and Tourism and Economic Development, with the support of Studio Versax, the registrations will be held at the Cultural Center of the city (Rua Dr. Yutaka Ishihara, 220, Jardim Pastoril) , from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 4:30 pm. The classes will be held at Studio Versax headquarters in the Santa Luzia neighborhood.
Free cultural courses in the Fourth Division - As of this semester, the Center for Unified Arts and Sports (CEU) Fourth Division will offer free cultural courses to residents of Ribeirão Pires - theater, street dancing and jazz. In order to make the registrations, which run until this Saturday, on the 9th, those interested must attend CEU, located at Sapopemba Road, 5,055, Fourth Division, from 8am to 5pm, presenting a 3X4 photo, a copy of the RG and proof of residence. Under 18 must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
Theater - Classes on Saturdays, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am - group from 8 to 12 years old; from 8:30 am to 11:30 am - 13 to 17 years old;
Street Dancing - Classes on Saturdays, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm - above 12 years old; Jazz - Classes on Tuesdays, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm - group from 13 to 17 years old; and from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm - students aged 18 and over.
